So, finally, after nearly 2 months (short of a few days), I got the response and they added the credit they were supposed to and then deducted it.

But, sorry guys I moved my sites already. It was not cos I wasn't able to pay and wanted to get the credit, but cos you people didn't respond anywhere and I see even on BHW you guys were not active and I thought it wouldn't be the best choice to keep going with you.

Sorry if hurts OP, but I wasn't really happy with them
