UPDATE #15
My followers have slowed down a ton which makes me sad - but my income has picked up a lot.
I've learned a lot the last two weeks and I just finally finally started monetizing a couple instagram accounts which gave me a nice boost (one of them blew up btw, completely out of no where?)
I'm making roughly $25-30 per day on the weekends. I can make more if I decide to get a little spammy, and less if I forget to schedule a post. So I'm happy to where I'm at.
Once I get paid I'll have more money to upscale like crazy. I need to buy more proxies, a good vps, + I'd kill for some cash to get into facebook right now.
I'm thinking some time around January I'll hit $100/day. Wish me luck

My monetization is universal. I was planning on switching to affiliates but I'm earning such good money I plan on just attracting as many followers on any niche I can.

I wrote a php curl bot that scrapes tweets/photos/ig and exports them into csv for followliker to post

Update #16
Very rough week. Lost a whole proxy of tumblrs, 2 IG's got temp blocked, but I did get a small instagram account I found from awhile back. It's very aged and possible inactive followers, but hey. So the bump there isn't too legit
I'm also gunna pipe back on monetizing. I've earned plenty to scale up on proxies once this paycheck comes in. I'd like not to risk the integrity of big accounts until I've got them to throw away, and I've got quite a few accounts coming up at the moment. I haven't decided if I'll just do it low or if I'll quit completely, we'll see.

TeamSocial, thanks for an awesome journey post. i honestly feel inspired. monetization aside, (and forgive my noobishness) im not quite understanding the method you used to initially set the accounts up. i want to do something similar, to at least get the hang of building social media accounts. my niches that i want to use are far from saturated, even a little off the wall, beause im thinking amazon affiliate products.

Not sure if I'll stop pumping links out or just slow down, in order to gain followers quicker. I might just keep going, the money is nice and just more I can use to scale up at payday.

Thanks! and 3, if I have a lot of keywords cycling I'll go 4 or maybe 5. I like 3 because it keeps relevant keywords but it avoids a lot of the same tags

I just set them up on my desktop. 10 firefox profiles set up with a proxy on each.
Open firefox, clear cache, open private window
Go to (twitter) signup, use maskme for all the emails
Make profile pretty
Set up followliker (pretty extensive, but you get familiar with it)

thanks, im really trying to start what im doing with no out of pocket cost. you use a proxy service or free proxies. i have a proxy search tool but i dont know if i can set up firefox profiles with random proxies. ill try it out tomorrow.

well root jazz comes with a proxy scraper, I'd definitely invest tho. You won't have a problem getting a return

if you want my software I can just give it to you, but it's a server side php script that takes arguments, you'll need to run it from the terminal if you know how that.
but yeah I give it like 4 account names and it downloads the tweets, saves images and descriptions, ignores @'s, videos, and links. But trust me, It leaves much to be desires and only scrapes 20 max tweets from a user lol

~20. Yeah its frustrating man, it's all in the niche
I switched over a couple of my accounts because they were only pulling like 30 a day. Twitter is relentless
Some of mine are hitting 100-200 a day though, which I'm plenty happy with. I just gotta keep optimizing.
My tip is to follow more people daily, try switching up your follow sources, and if all else fails change to a popular niche until your account is a little bigger. Starting from scratch isn't easy.

what your goal in followers, I was told, if you get 1 million followers, the world is your oseter.

Good luck mate, It such hard work in the social world, from the point of view accounts ,you keep getting deleted from the big boys and it so annoying.
