Looking forward to Mass video production on optimized costs with contemporary technology like machine learning / outsourcing video recording from scripts + ai voice on top.

The point is to enter easy niches and dominate them with low costs videos that are high quality enough to be recommended.

1.No, zero shorts.
2.Only 2 - 5 minutes long videos.
3. Low costs of production mean there's high potential for making something more out of it than just "a single channel".
4. Naturally, half this forum could make videos according to a script and instructions. Even a begnner.
5. Easiness of production isn't the case with super high quality videos on influencer channels.

Why so?

I'm not gonna depend on a single channel. I'm not an influencer, and I'm not willing to do everything on one channel as it's just one property and it's brittle. Not a good foundation.

Rationale behind it

You can build one huge building like WTC and end up like WTC. Or you can make lesser effort buildings, small houses and build a little bit more of them, but the overall effort and safety of investment will be higher. You'll also have a broader image building a lot of properties. And it will be easier to outsource.

By building small houses you'll be able to understand what bring success in a small house market.

One important thing is that if something is easy enough, it will be easy to employ a lot of people. This is why you can work at McDonald's and not be an engineer as a beginner.

Everything you do should have a strong reason behind it. Otherwise, keep on meditating.

What we should consider?

What I think is crucial is that videos cannot look templated. There needs to be a framework to create them, so that they don't look like they're recorded from a template, especially artificially generated one.

There can be a little bit of repetition in looks across the same channel - each channel can have it's micro-brand, but it shouldn't be that videos on each channel resemble videos from other channels.

If you want a JV I’m interested in this. I have the same plan, but with longer videos (8 or more minutes)

There's a reason I posted it in "YouTube" section. I am interested in discussion only.

I think without JVs you'll have bigger peace of mind.

These are applied by me. You can apply those too.

I haven't just came up with them myself.

I'm not such a person to trust ultimately in myself and pretend I've got it all figured out.

There's nothing wrong with being a learner, a student as long as you're willing to learn the basics and ask fundamental questions that you note, and then research.

So should you say yes or no? It's a fundamental question. More times you should say "no". It boils down to "assertiveness" and knowing you can do well by yourself.

If a boss asks if you'll do more, always say "no". If someone asks you to do something else than you're aiming to do, say "no". If mother tells you to move out from house, say "no". If they tell you to do something, convince them so that you don't have to do anything and that's how you say "no".

And this will verify who you're living with. If they don't respect your "no", then it means they should be let go of.

Who is watching long videos now ? A new channel without any shorts is a failure already.

And the Hollywood is broke like never before. In cinemas they play short 30 seconds videos compilations only.
