example: i create 100 youtube accounts daily and post 1000 videos daily.

let's assume i have all rights for the videos (not realistic i know, but let's assume)... what can google do in worst case? i spam their site, so what is possible? may i pay much money for spamming or even go to jail?

what do you think? and what if i'm in an europe country?

its not up to google whether or not charges are pressed. Google is covered by the "safe harbor" clause in the The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If the copywrite holder wants to make an example of someone, google will pass on what ever data they have. So no one can answer your question really, unless your are more specific. But that would be silly because this is a public forum...

I've yet to see a terms of service for any online video site that restricts the amount of content you upload. So apart from the copywrite the only issue is the fake accounts. Considering there are people doing 10,000+ accounts a month, i would take a guess and say that you wouldn't be there first choice for the spammer that they where going to make an example of :)

But you do realize that asking for legal advise in a public forum is pissing into the wind...

I do even more than you from a longer period of time and have not had much problems, other than banned accounts. Switch ips often.
