Mass Social Media Posting using Proxies/Clone App

phone 1 - main IG app - manage 5 to 10 IG accounts
phone 1 - clone IG app - manage 5 to 10 IG accounts
phone 2 - main IG app - manage 5 to 10 IG accounts
phone 2 - clone IG app - manage 5 to 10 IG accounts

That's like 20 to 40 IG Accounts per VA

To do this properly, would these be the correct steps?
Step 1: I need to login to residential proxy (i.e. SmartProxy) on phone FIRST in the country/region I want to start posting content and content to show up.
Step 2: Create a new IG account or use the purchase IG account
Step 3: Start posting content on the IG account manually
Step 4: Logout then login into next proxy region and do the same thing with next proxy location.

Has anybody else done this? Does this sound right?

I was also looking for some warmed up IG accounts with emails attached I can buy that we can access via different proxies in different countries so when I post, the content shows up in those countries and cities around the world...

Yes I am testing out GoLogin and AdsPower to see which ones will give me best result. Also which proxies. GoLogin has its own proxies that I can buy within the browser and AdsPower have to buy proxies so I have been trying out SmartProxy.

I need hundreds of social accounts created in different countries around the world so I can start posting content and it gets pushed into regions. Right now starting with IG, Tiktok and YT>

To be able to create these social accounts, I needed emails so I started creating tons of gmails but ran into problem of new gmails getting flagged and they asking for phone numbers to verify otherwise they would block the accounts. So I started purchased aged gmails with recovery emails from someone and that seems to be working ok so far to create the socials.

Now I am trying to figure out how automate the posting aspect. I can hire VA's which I know how to. Just need a good system to follow.

Wondering if I can use Buffer to automate the posting on all the accounts since 1 Buffer account you can connect up to 3 socials for FREE without paying for it. Also Buffer is FB/IG compliant. Not sure if its limits reach. It may a little bit but if I have hundreds of accounts I want to post, may try it.

If I post through phones, that means, I would need buy some cheap Android phones for a team of VA's in Philippines so they can post my content 3-5 times/day on accounts. I would need to figure out how proxies on phone so its different locations for each proxy.

Lastly, I have Google Drive of podcast/personal brand content I need posted across all the accounts so my content shows up everywhere. I was trying to figure out how to be able to post same piece of content hundred or thousand of times without getting shadowbanned or limited reach because its same piece of content. I think there is a way to clean out the metadata before uploading so IG, TikTok or YT sees it a new piece of content and still pushes. The other option is just to upload to capcut or something and just change one minor thing like captions or filter and download it again.
