My poor dad is a sucker for anything that advertises push-button solutions, he asks me to check this out because he got an email about it. The mass profit formula is the biggest piece of junk I've seen in ages. Even though I knew I was going to get a refund I still poke around the clickbank payment options until I find the $1 entry that most of these scammers have to their membership sites. Sure enough these guys have one. So I join up to the membership site, and of course have to put up with, I think about 7 or so, upsell offers. One of them is a great idea from an upsell point of view, that's the upsell where there is no 'no thanks - just show me the product' link, awesome. Luckily after closing the page, yes that's right, hitting the X, I get taken to a page that has a link to the membership area. So now I'm in, after watching the video I'm a little curious, I mean maybe one of these days the guys in the sales video might actually be making what they claim to be with their doctored screenshots of their fake clickbank accounts. There are 6 x four minute videos. The first one is a rubbish introduction video as per normal. The second and third ones are about how to use two pieces of software they give you for analysing the plimus and clickbank marketplaces to find hot products. They look almost semi decent from a time saving perspective, like the first module of affiliate elite and a bunch of other clickbank stat focused websites. Here's the problem though, even though my dotnet framework is completely up to date following the download link from microsoft in the membership site, I can't get the programs to load after installing them!!?? The videos look great, but the damn programs don't work on my spare XP pro SP3 install. It's about this point I start thinking my computer science degree is useless if I can't even execute a program from the start menu with my mouse. So I check the manual, a pdf on the same page. Would you believe, The PDF is corrupted. You can only see the top left of the page, everything else is blank. Luckily, downloading it and opening it directly actualy works. Still nothing about system requirements that would lead me to believe that I can't actually run the program. Onto module 4 anyway to see what the rest of the fuss is about. This is one that tells you to buy a domain name with the product name in the domain. That's it. The resources section says all the tools you need to get your site up are here, if even says 'Download Your Affiliate Site Here', those are the exact words.. So you click on the link, and it's an offer for them to install the site they promised to give you. GREAT! Finally they're going to actually give you something that works. Then you realise, there isn't actually a download there at all. Just a couple of nake affiliate links for a hosting account. The freakin link says I can download my affiliate site, but there isn't actually a download, just a link to a page that forces me to buy hosting to get my download I already paid for? Oh well, onto module, the SEO formula. Nothing in this video tells me anything about the tools promised in the sales video, just that I need to do my onpage stuff on the downloaded affiliate site that they DIDN'T give me, a list, yes just a list, of the top 7 article sites and an affiliate link to sky high linker. The last module is a short video full of spelling mistakes, and a reminder to be patient and take two weeks to do everything in the videos before this one. By this I can only assume they mean to watch the videos over and over and over because the downloads sure as hell don't work. Useless. The bonuses area is again nothing but big colourful affiliate ads. No actual BONUSES to speak of. There might be one saving grace, the auto traffic suite that shows up in the menu. So I check that out and holy cow the instruction manual is readable, the program is there to download, and it actually runs when I click on it. It's a tumblr bot that blogs and reblogs. Default delay set to 1 minute. Which I love because in the instruction manual it says once you have blogged/reblogged 10k x that means that you will have 10k backlinks, then you change your tumblr address to a redirect address and all the backlings in the world belong to you. I wonder how long 10,000 minutes is. The second part of the software is an identica.ca bot. Which admittedly I haven't tried yet, because I'm over it now. Wouldn't you be? Should anybody decide they want to actually try this thing out for yourself, good luck. As for me and my house, refund please.
