Anyone have any ideas? I have my accounts to follow between 5 am and 11 pm, but MP seems to only be following between 5 am and 8 am exactly. Nightmode is not on. Settings are 4 to 5 follows every 4 to 5 minutes with a 20 to 30 second delay.

This apparently has been happening for a while now without me noticing. Stupid me.

Any ideas before I contact them?

Actually, you should first contact them then post a thread here. The developers will help you 10x faster than anyone else can. Also, I remember I saw another thread with the exact same problem few days ago, so try searching for it. In my opinion, the problem might be specific to your computer - connectivity issues, crashing, etc...

    1. You might have set a Global Nightmode and not noticing it.
    2. the account might have its own nightmode set up without you noticing it
    3. you might have set the global setting of following different users and depending on your follow sources, there might be no more accounts to follow.
    4. check your connections threads in the general settings.
    5. use the follow tool from 12:00am to 11:59pm, maybe this will fix it.

I am only using specific time frames on the campaign tool, all my other tools on the accounts are running 24/7 hrs. I have a nightmode on the accounts, tho, meaning that there will be no actions performed for a certain time even if set from 12:00am to 23:59pm.

The reason I don't use it that way for my campaigns is because I don't know what happens with a post if it ends up being scheduled for a time I actually have a nightmode in. It may or may not been posted as soon as the account starts, but since I didn't have time to test this, I just set the timeframe for posting accordingly to my nightmode. tools are running 24/7 tho without any certain timeframe.

    try it and report back!

I've been having the exact same issues. Its why I've moved most of my accounts back to FollowLiker. The few I've left behind all have identical settings, but some of the accounts never reach their minimum, and as you mentioned follow only for 3 hours in the morning then crap out for the rest of the day... Look at their NEXT activity time, is it in the past? Some of my accounts would show the next follow would occur 2 hours ago in the past until I stopped and restarted the account.

I've highlighted the problem a bunch of times and dev's have asked me if I have problems with
    1. proxies? (nope!, same proxies being used in FL)
    2. account age? (nope, they are getting their min/maxes in FL no problems)
    3. threads? (I've set it to 400 with 100 accounts, and its still at 400 with 8 accounts... issues still exist)
    4. Running out scrapes? (nope, the accounts I follow have millions of users, and FL doesn't have any problem finding them to follow)

This ALSO happened when I was doing mass unfollowing. I expected 400-600 unfollows per account and was only getting 65-350 per account. It was very very weird and disappointing. I moved the accounts back to FL, and unfollowed 400-600 perfectly.

I don't know man, my hands are in the air. Would love to do everything in a single software. but I think MassPlanner rocks for posting, and FL for everything else. sigh

lol, since many people are having that problem it'd be way smarter writing it here if you know what it is than skyping with one person.

    just my 2 cents.

bruh, contact them, how should they be able to fix something which isn't being reported?
the more user report the issue the more likely it is that it gets fixed.

are you using specific times? What if you leave everything at 24 hrs and leave it botting, are you having the same problem? I'm glad I don't have that problem, but there must be clearly something we both are doing differently, 'cause as far as I see (even on the statistics) it's following the users.

Are users being showed up in the statistics but not followed at all, or do they not even appear on the statistics?

Global nightmode wasn't on. But I'm doing what you suggested, setting the follow times between 12 am and 11:59 pm, enabling global nightmode between 11 pm and 6 am. Accounts have been following for 2:38 right now, 22 more minutes to see if it works since 3 hours seems to be the cut off deadline. I'll report back if it works.

I would really, really hate to give up MP and go to FL since I've purchased over $100 in extra modules. :(

gah, spoke too soon. The broken account is working 100%, and other accounts are now infected with the 4am-5am only activity. More tickets to MP helpdesk :(

Is it working for you guys now?

I mean, if it's working for me, there must be clearly something you guys are doing differently.

And since I don't use that much time between operations, I just let the tool run and on nightmode there's no action being performed anyway, so yeah.

I only have to be precise when it comes to scheduling, but scheduling has been working fine for me with custom times, all images are being posted without any problem. : )

    Regards,

this may sound ridiculous but the first thing I do when mass planner acts up for me is restart my computer - it always seems to help.

also running on a VPS may help the account work more efficiently!
