Mass page creator

I have a crazy idea..
I want to upload multiple pages based on keywords. The content of the pages would be nothing, this would be because i willeventually redirect every page to one page. My question is, when i create the pages, and upload them into individual posts and crawl the pages e.g. domain.com/testpage. testpage is the title/keyword. Would that page be in google as if yuo was SEOing a page?

For example i have one website which gets 130 visits a day and is based on an auto content downloader, this uploads videos from youtubes and pulls through the title. This page is not seo'd but still recieves traffic. e.g. it has 4,000 post/pages and gets 130 traffic a day.

Therefore if i was to upload 1,000,000 posts and index them would people be able to find it in google if its a blank page?

I think i am just trying to figure out if its worth doing? Like if i had 1,000,000 posts, would it generate traffic ect?

Quantity does not always mean better. There is something called a doorway page penalty that you should be wary of. There is also something called crawl budget that you should read up on.
