Mass generate/post to YouTube?

    Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to mass generate YouTube videos? I have a a video that targets about fifty cities and I would like a program that would allow me to load or enter a list of titles/descriptions/tags and select a video and then it would slightly edit it (make it unique) then post it to YouTube...autofilling the title and description stuff and just move down the list.

    Any suggestions?
