Mass DM with over +1000 child accounts - any tool / bot?

I'm looking for a tool to Instagram that can automate sending messages with my accounts.
I have over 1000 child-accounts and over 500 proxies so I need something that can send the DMs to list of scraped users and change the proxies when switching accounts. Is there anything like that or I went too far?

Can' Jarvee do that? They have limts of number of accounts used though so you'll bank.

You can use 150 or 250 accounts plans, you can check them out.

If the goal is only DM then it might be costly using jarvee.

All the public bots out there will take a lot of trial and error until you finally figure out and lose all your accounts.
Managing 1000 accounts is no joke but if you're serious about it and have a budget, I would suggest you to get a custom bot developed for yourself to get the best results.
