way too expensive, some make a lot of money out of it, before you make a dime, I have found a cheaper way

- Gmails use Google's own smtp servers. They all have the correct setups you mentioned.
- Instantly uses the same exact AWS vps and static IP for all your accounts.
- Gmass is browser based, therefore also uses Google static ip and smtp servers.

100k/day does need a solid infra though. It can be done with Gmail, Workspace even Outlook.. whatever you want.

Better to use google workspaces for best inbox rate, you can setup a system who will warm up your inboxes and it will be sustainable for the future

If you send 25 emails sent per day per Google Workspace (with a unique domain) you can also just use an own SMTP/IP setup. Actually, with this sending volume, you can just buy an account at Protonmail, Zoho, Mailfence or any business email provider.

Reaching inbox with just a letter (no url) is easy as fuck.
 
The smarter move is to buy a few domains, warm them up slowly, set up SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and scale bit by bit. Otherwise, all mail will go to spam. In a day, sending 10k emails by Gmail is not realistic.

Depending on Gmail type, they unlock more sending options based on age, usage, apps, etc., increasing from 100 emails per day to a maximum of 2000 emails.
Buy a couple of accounts, costing you around 20 to 50 cents, group them, and send emails.

Gmail won't get you anywhere near 10K, free accounts cap around 500/day and get flagged fast for cold sending, so that route's a dead end. From what I've seen the people hitting those numbers buy multiple domains, spin up several mailboxes per domain, warm each one for weeks, then spread the volume thin across all of them so no single inbox sends much. The real work isn't sending, it's deliverability, proper SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup, and keeping bounce/spam rates low or the domains burn. Volume without that just lands everything in spam.
