Um, no. I'm more than a little concerned about the entitlement in your statement "bring it to those who can make you or break you". Just to be aware, no member or moderator is above the rules, and no cartel of Jr Exec members get to "make or break" a member depending on how they feel about a service. You'd have thought it'd be good to make the forum a more welcome place for newbies to learn, instead of trying to instill a fear of "the big kids". Please note: Jr Exec members are voted in by peers, this means that their title does not guarantee knowledge or authority. Otherwise, it's all too high-school for words: no cliques, coteries or queen bees, please. Yes, this is something we're moving to. We're asking sellers to renew their threads yearly and maintain their threads properly as the first step to carrying out repeated periodic reviews. As @BassTrackerBoats says, this isn't possible in some cases as it can expose sellers networks. However, we have frequently posted content written by a seller, or linked to a demonstration website for buyers to evaluate before purchasing. It's something we'd like to do more of and we're working on ways to make this consistent. For the meantime though, if you believe the service you received was vastly different to the reviewing mod you can always drop them a PM to ask if the service you received is representative. If a seller provides a falsely inflated service to a mod, but we find the quality has been deliberately dropped immediately after the review, we'll close the thread, re-review the service and insist that the seller resolve all outstanding issues on their thread before re-opening it. Otherwise, if you feel that the service you bought does not meet the promises made by the seller, please submit a thread in the shitlist forum, making sure you read the rules first so that your thread can be approved.
