I have just browsed the marketplace and saw some interesting new SEO services. I was interested in a brand new one, so I scrolled down and saw a Gmail email address for sales. Now take a minute and think about what's happening here. You are doing something that'll get your site banned instantly and you're sending your payment receipt and URLs straight to Google. Basically any marketplace seller who uses Gmail is a Google honeypot. If they aren't, you should still assume they are and they should change all their contact methods. It's this simple: if you buy a SEO service that uses Gmail, your site and the entire SEO network will be penalized within days or weeks. If you think this is crazy paranoid, just think about the recent large network bans. Do you think they wasted months doing statistical work or did they simply open the Gmail box up and get the reports freely?
