yeah lol if it was that easy & inexpensive, everyone would have a music video on mtv. Theres politics involved in every industry. However, to clarify I was not promoting the act here. Just asking for fellow marketer suggestions.

Honestly you need a game plan. This kid might be all gud and shit, but you gotta start thinking like American Idol. Do you really think those people would have been famous without American Idol. NOPE!!! they might have talent and all but remember it was American Idol who put their talent in front of million of viewers.
Its a mix of content and marketing that will make your campaign success. It also applies to music, if you got incredible ground-breaking talent that hasnt been discovered then just a little of marketing would be required to get that person to become famous and get a loyal fanbase. Now if you are dealing with regular talented people , this would be the perfect plan where marketing kicks in.
Now this is a rough draft from 15 mins of examining your posts.
First of all if you are on a low budget and you need quick results then forget linkbuilding, article submission and most of that seo tasks.
What you need is Social Network marketing, you will need to create a Official youtube profile, Official Facebook page and profile.
Now you are on a low budget i can see that, any regular promoter wouldnt be looking for FREE tools, 200 dollars is like shit for them.This is what I strongly suggest you do.
Get some proxies, some youtube accounts.You will need some kind of tool, to do the work. I am sorry but if you have no technical skills to program your own tool, or have the ins and out in here then you will need to spend money.
First of all music is HUGE in youtube. Anybody that has done yt marketing can tell you music videos get a lot of views if you are the first to upload them or just in general compared to other videos.
So now that you understand that here is a rough draft of what I BELIEVE YOU SHOULD DO!
1) With 100 YT Accounts you are going to comment on 100 different music videos that are going viral or have atleast 500k views.You will get better results if the music videos are in your niche. Make sure you use proxies for atleast every 5 accounts.
2) Now you will need to vote you comment up with around 30-50 likes in general to put your comment on the highest rated comments for that video.
You will be basically pigging backing off these established artists, now remember what you will have to do to make your 100 accounts look natural is that you will have to have a list of good music videos.
So for example if you leave a comment on a video with 500k views and more, say in that comment " Oh i love this music video! I am going to add it to my favourites of best music ever"
Now that account is going to have other videos saved in your favourite list in order to attract visitors and maintain a good loyal fanbase. Once you have all that , you can just upload your video to those 100 accounts.
Basically, the idea in a nutshell is to make accounts that you can promote your artist too.If you cant follow these instructions you will need some help for basic marketing.
