I am not having much luck using various methods, only bringing in about 30-100 uniques a day after 3 weeks.

Not sure if you guys had any suggestions?

How about selling actual hookahs? There are a ton of suppliers that will ship to your readers.

I was thinking of picking up hookahs at wholesale and turning them, just don't have much room in my apartment for a ton of product.

Have you looked into drop shipping? That way you would never need to store them.
