Market Samurai's SEO Matrices - what metrics do you look for when choosing keywords?

    When it comes to analyzing SEO Competition Matrices from Market Samurai, what numbers/metrics do you focus on? And what ranges for those numbers would you consider "good", or something that reflects a keyword that is reasonably doable in terms of getting a top 5 ranking for a brand new site based on that keyword.


    e.g., do you look for the highest RDD in the matrix to be below X, the highest BLP to be below Y, SEOC to be below Z etc. What general rules of thumb do you key in on when deciding whether it's possible to rank a new site highly for that keyword?
