Market Samurai - Unable to connect to the Google Keyword Planner

    Wondering if anybody else is having trouble with this?

    The only thing I can think of is that I changed my Google account password yesterday, however even if I change the password inside Market Sam it still comes up with this error. Already cleared out all cache and disabling Firewall.

    I've even tried this on my VPS using a different Adwords username/password but still the same problem.

    Anybody else had/having this happen to them?

    Hey, you are not the only one. I am having the same problem.

    Tried MS on VPS as well to no avail. I think it is do with the fact that IE has been discontinued by Microsoft.

    Contacted their support, awaiting response.

    If you can give me an update when (if) they reply, that would be great.

    I've also tried using Long Tail Platinum and that's not working either. Not sure if that software also uses IE or not, or whether it's just a shite piece of software.

    I will keep you posted on that.

    I guess the best thing to do would be to move to an online based keyword research software with a monthly fee :(

    I am thinking of making the transition, I don't suppose you know any other besides the ones listed?

    Same issue here .... still no progress .... no reply from MS support

    I loaded MS up earlier and there's now an update - updated it and it's working again.

    I get this error too event I update the latest version. The error is Error: Unable to connect to the Google Keyword Planner.

    Anybody could help?

    Check if everything is okay with the Internet explorer. I remember reading about this on MS help page.
