Market Samurai Analysis - Can I make the 1st page please help

Hey all so I have been reading the forum for the past few weeks and learning a ton. So here is the scoop: I want to rank on the 1st page on google with a two keyword phrase. Currently I am using mykeyword(anotherrelatedword).com. However mykeyword.net is available and so is my-keyword.com. I'm leaning toward getting mykeyword.net and using that what do you think? This is a site that I don't want to get banned by google and it is a long term project so it will be mostly white hat maybe grey hat stuff. Anyways how hard do you think it will be to rank for this? I have attached a photo of the market samurai analysis. Note: None of the sites have the keyword in the url and about half are unrelated.

Yes, you can most definitely rank for this keyword. The pages that are seo optimized for this keyword have no more than 8 backlinks.

you can rank very easily for this keyword.. within 1-2 months for sure.. if you do proper link building..

Thanks everyone for helping a noob out. I will try and contribute to the forum in the future, starting with a journal of my journey from noob to #1 lol. To MisterTwister: Yeah I'm doing that now thanks.

So I guess I have two questions left.

1. Which url should I be using? I would repost the possibilities but its not letting me? Please check the original post for the 3 options.

Pro and cons: the three keyword one is about a year old and is PR3. I don't know how its PR3 since it gets maybe 25-50 hits a day and most of that is direct traffic. I think it maybe be because I have my PR5 youtube channel linking to it. So I don't mind switching if its more beneficial in the long run but I am unsure about this. Also two keywords may look more professional? I'm trying to build a brand and the 2 keywords is the brand name.


2. About building backlinks: as jiggsaw said there are very few backlinks for the top 11 except for 4 but they arent even seo optimized. How should I go about gaining these links? I don't want to get blacklisted by google. Should I try do forum comments from blogs related to my niche or something else? I am a bit confused on this because most of the advice on this forum is for Blackhat techniques for backlinks but this is more of a long term thing.

you def can get there, I find myself that it usually takes around 2-3 months using whitehat methods and backlinking to find the site i'm working on ranking on 1st or 2nd page of google for my keyword.

should be a piece of piss. just get an exact match domain name or something close to it and a few quality back links and you should be laughing all the way to the bank

I use Market Samurai and I can tell you from experience you should be able to rank in the top 10 w/ your main keyword within a month or two -- and that's w/ normal, white hat backlinking. You have 6 sites that have almost no backlinks to the page -- that is a key indicator and one of my staples. Even the site w/ 168 backlinks is no big deal. Getting 168 backlinks is not hard to do. Yes, you most assuredly can get in the top 10 of Google w/ that keyword.
