I've recently had an idea of a new model that I'd like to try out but its fairly obvious so I'm sure others have tried it before. However I can't seem to find too many people talking about it so hopefully someone here can help with these questions:

    1. Are there any cicumstances where entering cpa leads manually is acceptable? I'm sure networks don't like it due to fraud, but what about legitimate leads?

    2. If its frowned upon are there any methods to hide the fact that they are being manually entered? I'm not as concerned about ip cloaking or proxies as I am about the conversion rate showing up as 100%. That would be tough to explain.

I think that this must happen all the time because there are tons of companies that get leads and then forward them on to multiple places making a tidy profit in the process.

Any thoughts on where to start? I've done quite a bit of research already without finding much.

I think you are saying something like this "Sit in a place and ask people who are interested in that offer and ask them to signup" ?

Actually I was thinking more like "buy unique lead from company A, then pass to affiliate merchant B (or B, C, D, E, etc...) for a profit. The lead would be quality and the merchant would probably be very happy. Lead company A would have already validated that the lead was solid and not junk from an incentive site so I would think its a win-win-win for everyone involved.
