I've started Mid January with 70 followers and I have 278 right now, so that's +208 in 1,5 months. I don't know if it's truly manual and like some of the other posters here I got an action block as well. The personal growth manager doesn't communicate with you besides sending a Welcome e-mail at the very beginning. Really. I have never ever heard from him again. However, there is some sort of Support (?) person that replies usually quite fast. Most of the time they reply within a few hours, just my mail from 24 hours ago hasn't been answered yet, but I guess they are just busy. It's not very personal, though. They will answer your questions and they are friendly, but I think the amount of customers makes it difficult for them to remember all their customers and the things they've asked for. For example, after posting here on this thread about a promised plan every sunday I did get one a few hours later, but I didn't get one yesterday. They react on mails and on posts here in this thread (thanks for that, really appreciate it!), but it's not proactive. Just wondering, didn't they use an IP somewhere near to your location?
