    I went through the whole thread and felt very excited by this new service you were offering especially since I've bought the ascend viral ebook a couple of years ago and had great results using it.

    But now, after reading the last two to three pages of this thread, I have to admit that I'm a little worried about this new service.

    There seem to be quite a bit of your clients that are dissatisfied with the results they had so far.

    They are mostly complaining about very poor communications, soft and hard blocks and rather low followers gain compared to the 1000 to 1500 this service advertised.

    Could you please take a little bit of your time to explain the issues some of your clients are complaining about and if you are working on any fix?

    Right now, it almost looks like this service is not working as promised.

    I would love to use your services for some clients of mine but I would like some honest answers first about what happening right now.

    Jesus 200$ a month for 1500 followers???? Been off from automating since a few months and damn things have changed. So not worth it... i could find people doing it for 2 times or 4 times less...

    Sorry i am just surprised how bad things got with automation... well there is no automation. I predict that IG will be dead within 5 years. Automation brought a lot of activity and boost to the platform... things will slow down.

    In my case things got a bit better, but communication is still not really existing unless I contact them. For example, I was ill for a few days and couldn't post/check anything. I've noticed there have been 0 new followings for 4 days in a row and they connected a new device to my account without any message, so I asked their support what is going on this time. They told me they avoided to perform actions for a few days and switched devices because there was a soft account block. As a customer I would expect to get informed about these kind of issues right away (account blocks, paused service, new devices etc), even if it's just an automatic message. It's always me that has to contact them in first place and there were (besides the welcome e-mail) 0 situations where they did the first step to inform me about something. They only react. Don't expect them to be proactive.
    Another example, 4 weeks ago they offered me an email with the week's planned activity schedule every Sunday. That sounded great and I've thanked them for this service. Well, I've never received a mail like that and to be honest, I'm already too tired to follow up again. I have no clue if there was a more personal service before they got 100+ customers, 8 team members and a new office, but communication is pretty much the biggest weak point at the moment and honestly, I don't really see any improvement so far.
    I can't rate their service performance because I have a tiny personal account and got 192 followers in the last 1,5 months, which isn't too bad. I can understand that it's easier and faster to grow big accounts, so I'm patient and hope things will grow over the next few months.

    Well, I think most people here want to discuss your service in general and aren't looking for actual support, so there should be nothing wrong about openly talking about our experiences here :) Hope you don't mind!

    Are you receiving estimated 1500 per month users per month? is it fully manual? how engaged and active is your personal growth manager on a daily basis?

    I’ve been using this service for close to 3 months and I’ve only gained 200ish followers.

    Extremely disappointing but I’m still giving them a shot and hoping to work something out with the team still as they’ve always gotten back to my concerns professionally.

    Just wanted to post an honest review here - TLDR: Overall my review is neutral and I'll include tips below. I've stopped using the service for the 2 accounts I've subscribed to this service for as I've been action blocked (not sure what is a soft/hard block as I've read here, I just know I can't comment/post/unfollow), and also I can no longer properly use my account for ecommerce anymore.

    I got the promo price which worked out to be about $6/day to have someone manage the account which was great! I want to say that the communication I've experienced with the staff has always been fast, clear and very helpful - the team is knowledgeable and great to work with.

    I started using the service for a brand new fashion themed account with 40 followers in October 2019, to test out the waters, I was okay with slow growth as the account only had 20ish posts. Fast forward to today (5 months) the account had 1200 followers at its peak. To be fair, I didn't post much but I would also sometimes get blocked, so it was a waiting game between when I could use my account again and then I would forget and if I remembered to post, I was blocked again. I ended up only making a pathetic 3 new posts in this 5mo timespan - in my final month of using this service, my growth manager reached out to me to let me know I need to post more to avoid blocks (but I wasn't able to). I noticed that the follower quality relies heavily on the specs you provide for them - if your hashtags are low quality and have a lot of spam OR if your goal accounts have low quality followers, then it will reflect in the followers this service is getting for you. I changed my target hashtags/accounts and it was much better.

    That said, I was happy enough with the service that I decided to add a 2nd subscription in mid November 2019 for a slightly more active ecommerce account with 2600 followers and it currently has 3200 followers. I used way better quality targets and got high quality followers. It was a busy holiday season, so I only made 6 new posts to this account in this 3.5mo timespan (I know I'm a terrible post-er) - and didn't experience the blocks as I did with the fashion one. However I noticed that I was no longer able to tag my products on each post - a feature crucial to selling on IG, and a feature that I once had before using this service. I had to reach out directly to FB who asked if I was running my account from India. The team at Ascend said that there should be no issue with this and other clients don't have this problem. I've been emailing FB back and forth all February trying to resolve this, disconnecting and reconnecting my linked FB page, product catalog, IG to no avail - I'm getting pixel errors, products not uploading to the Facebook shop properly, I was approved for IG shopping (before and after this service).. its a laundry list of things no longer working that once worked perfectly fine, so I know everything was initially set up correctly. I have to wait an unknown amount of time (according to FB support) until IG recognizes that my account is a North American one again - right now FB/IG thinks that my account is being run from a country that is not approved for IG shopping. If you know FB, you know its also extremely difficult to get help from their support team, there's no email/chat/phone support, just a redundant help page that links back to itself everywhere with no real help. I had no choice but to cancel the subscription for this account as well. Although the followers gained here were high quality and relevant, the backend mess it made with IG shopping wasn't worth it

    In summary - this service could be great if you're a more active poster without an ecommerce account. The growth of followers was slower than advertised, but I really didn't mind that if the quality is good and for the most part, they were. I cancelled my subscription for both accounts - waiting to be unblocked for the fashion one and trying to be more active on the ecommerce one in hopes it sees I'm running it from my true location so I can get product tagging back. I gave their service a fair shot but it didn't quite work as I had hoped.
