    Just an update regarding my account (last site). They added 5 days to compensate me for the downtime, which is really nice and appreciated. Thanks for that! They also started to actively work on my account again, there were around +200 followings in the last 4 days, so I'm happy with that and hope it stays this way :)

    On a sidenote, I've learned that they take Sundays generally off and have a "1-day break after every 2-5 active days".

    I am a firm believer that if you are going to claim a service to be great then you should follow through on your word with that. This was a very hyped up service that was absolute garbage.

    My account gained just over 40 followers in just under a month. When in the past doing F/UF inconsistently myself I was able to gain at least 50 followers a week with the same targeting I gave them. I also made sure to post high quality content 2 times per week which is exactly what I was doing previously with F/UF myself. These guys even said the infamous trust score of my account was higher than average but provided no results.

    Everything from the results, customer service and communication was terrible. I was first told I would be getting my subscription extended by 7 days and that if they didn’t gain me 500 followers by the end of the month, I would get another month free. Keep in mind at this point I had only gained 30 followers after 2.5 weeks and my following had doubled lol

    I was then worried they would just follow a bunch of low-quality accounts to try and increase my following (I guess lower quality then they already were) by the months end and specifically told them not to do this over email. I used to be in the Instagram automation game using Jarvee so I know how these things can go.

    So, I closely monitor my account over the next few days and my news feed is just flooded with shit accounts, completely unrelated to my niche in a last-ditch effort to grow my account the slightest bit. So, I send an email with photos of my news feed and they basically just said with scraping accounts based on your targeting this can happen… just a terrible excuse.

    The next day I then get a refund out of the blue with no additional communication. So, I say thanks for the refund what’s the plan now? They respond a day later saying they have stopped all services on my account and logged out. So now it’s up to me to unfollow all these shit accounts they have followed over the last month.

    I could have literally hired a toddler to follow accounts for me and gotten better results than this service. It was honestly just a pain in the ass the entire time and more stressful than anything. This account is for my business and has taken a lot of my time and hard work to keep up with then these guys go in there and risk messing it up by following a bunch of horrible quality accounts. I highly recommend you do not use this service.

    Here is my feedback after the first 2 weeks:

    It's really frustrating since the communication is really really bad, most of the time I get no answer or I must send 2 reminder mails.
    The analytics on your homepage aren't working and I've already wrote you 4 times without any solution.

    Also, it seems like most of the people who follow back are spam / meme accounts who also follow more then 1500-2000 people (it is clear that these accounts are more likely to follow back)

    I've already asked you if you can change the targeting a bit, but without any success.

    I've got about 390 new followers so far. Let's see how the next 2 weeks will perform.

    Final Review

    I wasn't offered a refund - I got charged a 3rd payment because I forgot to cancel, even though I never subscribed to ongoing payments. They happily refunded the 3rd payment however.

    Final results were maybe 250 followers and one of my accounts got 2 x 3 day hard blocks + shadowban

    Estimated growth was 1500 x 2 = 3,000 followers. So they didn't reach 10% of their estimation

    This was a shame as I would have spent quite a lot of money with this company if all went well.

    I've wrote you already 3 times that the targeting is absolutely trash.

    You then send me a mail, that there was a mistake with the targeting and my growth manager thought, that I run a meme account. (After 2 weeks of poor excuses) You also sent 4 target accounts that had absolutely nothing to do with my "growth strategy" I've submitted when I set up my account.

    Furthermore I also wrote you, that you shouldn't target spam accounts. There was no change in my growth strategy, needless to say that the so called "growth manager" didn't do anything to avoid spam accounts.

    I've now changed my credentials so you can't access my Instagram profile anymore and I want a full refund!

    I've contacted you already and didn't get an answer so far.
    Like most of the time when I wrote you an mail or just wanted to get feedback from my growth manager.
    You are charging 200$ for a service and offer nothing what you promised and stop with the lame excuses about how your team has expanded, and how you moved to a new office.

    And it's really funny, there isn't any positive feedback about your service here in the thread, just negative feedback and you want to tell the people something about hundreds of satisfied customers?
    So tell me, where is the feedback of those "satisfied" customers?

    As I wrote before, refund my money immediately or I will open a case directly on Paypal! Such a joke, I'm surprised that the mods leave this thread open at all.

    @IGKing I will contact your support team again and tell them what you said, if they can do another month for free it will be helpful and I'll re-update this thread accordingly.

    I hear what you're saying, but the communication with growth manager was like "let's wait for the customer to complain then deal with it" rather than advise beforehand that you are growing your business and may experience issues. I can be as fair as you like but if you don't let me know what's happening, I'll be as pissed off as the other guys in this thread.

    If I was to offer this service to clients, I would be the one getting stick for no results
