    Hey BHW.

So what if you had a website that offered advice for people betting on certain sports. The website gave you advice from guru's on who to bet on. By doing this, you might be accused of manipulating the price of the bets, as this online sport betting site was one in which users bought and sold shares in particular teams. So, as more people purchase the shares in a team, the price goes up. Is it illegal to encourage people to purchase virtual sports shares?
