I want me to 10 new facebooks accounts for fan pages and getting 5k friends on each. Can anyone recommend a good way to manage a proxy for each one so I don't have to manually change the proxy in firefox everytime I log into each one.

You could get a proxy managing software, most of them allow you to load multiple proxies and switch between them by clicking an icon in the task bar. This is probably the easiest way.

Those proxies for Mozilla seem good, but are any of them available for Chrome?

Maybe time for someone to build some magic software to automate this.
