Hi fellas, just bouth a domain, problem is with site domain its showing some malicious chinese links links and many times droped, but when i check with malicious site checker, it says "no found malicious on site", so how are accurate those site checkers is???
it will rank ok with goog??

You just bought the domain, you say. This means you haven't built a website yet. Malicious website checker will show any website with malicious code on it, like malware or viruses. It doesn't count bad links as malitious. Look for a spam score meter to check if the links are bad, not a malicious website checker.

well its say no malicious found, minimal risk, under real estate and job search category, so i can build whatewer i want??

no, its 15 years old and many time droped also
 
So you bought a domain with some toxic links... no wonder it had been dropped many times.
Will it rank? Really doubt so. Check for penalty in GSC but nowadays google rarely shows anything there.

A website can be malicious (basically, containing viruses), a domain can't.
