I know exactly which country you're from and people will keep asking that question, don't avoid just mention you're not comfortable or you don't want to share it.

If you're planning to build a building in a village i think it's not a good idea because of current economy especially in your country prices of veg is higher than meat/fish.

You can research more about housing or building. You can do it near city or places where new opportunity and projects being developed. Capture the future market i guess.

With 180k, you can buy two flats in the city (mid expensive area), rent it. There will be always a demand for flats in this type of area and you know which city i'm referring to.

And ofc about your social status, you can built it for yourself/family. The rest invest in other area. Keep it low as friends and family are watching everything .

About the restaurant, people nowadays don't just come for food they come for vibe and quality time also. Don't do typical designing, bring something unique so that people can refer.

Also don't forget legal contracts. Make sure you do everything legally and no one can question or snitch it from you.

Make money online, take property offline.

I am planning to start a journey thread here about it, how it will go for me.

3. Buy a store/shop space 170 square feet with $10K, government building, the building still not completed yet, it will need around 1.5 more years to get fully completed. Planning to make an office for my online work, if not, I can rent it for $50 per month.

4. This one I am planning for two years, still can't start. Want to build a two unit 5 story building, where I will live also. Can't start it yet as the government doing drainage in front of my land, so I hope within 5 months I can start the work, the design, government approval for the building is done. Will cost $180K to complete till second floor. I will live in the first floor and ground and second floor will bring me around $200 per month from rent. Some member here was telling me to not invest in my home as it is not profitable, but it also gives me social status. When I have more money will completed full building, but for now I will focus only completed half and focus on other offline sources for passive income.


Do you have any other idea about how I can invest in my local area and earn more passive money offline? I need $500 per month passive income to get financial freedom in my area, village area.
