Making money with targeted traffic

I know that there are some of you here that know the value of getting traffic to your site for various reasons.

So if you can tell me a very cheap traffic source that is reliable consistant that will provide me with real visitors to my site I would appreciate it.

If you have used the source let me know. I need this traffic yesterday so any suggestions would be great.

Ok, any have unique visitors for sale at a good price. I know these other techniques are great but I need TRAFIC for a specific purpose on my site quickly.
