    Hey Guys,

I had an idea (and wonder if anyone else is trying this), i thought of partnering with a local Computer Repair Guy, i basically bring him the customers and we split the earnings 50/50.

I actually tried this last friday, i went to CL and found someone (PC repair guy) in my city. When i explained to him about a possible partnership, he got excited and agreed to meet this week, we are going to go over the finer details, who gets paid, contracts, non-competive agreements, etc.

Just wondering if anyone has tried this yet, and what tips you might have to make this work effectively.

And, ohh, almost forgot, if this works i am thinking of brokering more deals with other services such as cleaning, window washing, landscaping, etc.

Hope to hear what others have to say. :D

    partner for what?

Why not just pay him to hand out a brochure to each client he goes to

fill the brochure with CPA offers and fake submits for software

then link up with all the repair men in your state then move to a new niche

I am wondering the same thing, partner for what? If he/she is already advertising on CL and offline what other source are you gonna use to bring them customers?

Actually you can do this with a lot of different businesses(done this), but the problem is it's easy for them to rip you off unless you can verify with the customer through email.

I was going to say that, how do you prevent partners from not reporting business that you bring to them?

Because it goes through you so you actually know about each lead before the person you are getting them for does.
