DISCLAIMER: This is NOT a noob thread asking for methods or anything like that. I realize there are plenty of methods on BHW and I have tried many of them.

Hey BHW,

I have a question. I have 2 friends of mine, who are interested in doing some IM with me. I think that combined we can all make some good money. These are really good friends so there is no problem with sharing accounts, stealing money or whatever. I can completely trust them.

The only problem is I am drawing a blank as to what kinds of things we could do together. Like what types of money making are more profitable with more than one person working together.

I had a couple ideas. Maybe make a site and then flip it. My one friend is great at design. I know a little SEO. And my other friend could do traffic generation.

I was also thinking we could do some article marketing. If we each wrote X number of articles a day we could have a nice number of articles in just a few weeks.

I was also thinking some type of social network thing. Promoting on Myspace and Facebook. But I'm not exactly sure how we would do that together. I guess we could co promote a group or something. Can anyone give me a little advice on earning money with Facebook groups? Is it possible to earn a nice little income from there?

I am just looking for some basic ideas of things that would benefit from 3 people working on it simultaneously. So if you have any ideas post them in here or send me a pm.

Thanks!

BHW is the best

This sounds like you're trying to carry your friends along....shouldn't do that. Do your own methods, make your own money. If there is a way to them to contribute to either free up half of your time or to double your money then take one on.

Look for the method for YOURSELF. Take on people later when you need help and they can contribute equally for the profit.

Get them making websites & graphics. If they help you make money, tell them you'll give them 50%.

Get everyone together, brainstorm the ideas you want to persue, sort out the logistics and assign everyone equal tasks.

I'd say create 3 ideas, you all take the one you least like, persue it, learn some lessons and meet, discuss them, take 3 new ideas and carry on like that.

Lots of websites & lots of products = lots of wealth.

sometimes you'll hit a goldmine, sometimes you'll do crap. Thats how life is, this way you'll march through them and keep all the benefits ;)

I would not suggest sharing account info and stuff. Include them in whatever limited capacity you can & on a per project basis. If you all work on a certain website together, divide the money up on that project as you you all agree is fair. But don't give them your logins and such because you may start projects that there is no way to divide up the tasks and they will end up envious of your profits.

Actually, you may want to have separate accounts, a personal account just for your stuff & a group one for things you work on together that way there is never any confusion.

Anyone have any like general ideas of what we could do? What works well with mutiple people? Website flipping, CPA etc...

You just gave to choose something that appeals to you. Pretty much anything is going to involve:

1-researching products to sell and keywords to target
2-writing or re-writing articles/content
3-creating websites/landing pages
4-marketing to get people to buy whatever you decided on

All of these are steps that can be divided up and they are needed for almost any method of making money online.

seems like good combination if u and your friends can trust each other and have different abilities.
just choose some products that at least one of u are professional with or familar with, choose the targeted group and promote them

I have tried the method of working with friends, but here is the truth: If you know more than them you will end up doing all of the work. Some people may not mind doing that, but it does get old after awhile.

One thing that you could do is assign each person a test task. Have them each run their own campaign then take the one that works out the best and run with it. It may take some time but in this business is all about trial and error anyway

I guess that is true... The thing is I can teach them something and then they can do that part. Plus I am thinking of doing some easy stuff like maybe promoting CPA in Facebook groups. And they would help get friends, which isn't too hard.

Speaking of which. Has anyone had a large amount of success marketing with Facebook groups?
