Making money with AdSense by writing 100% original description of YouTube videos

Is there any website where user earns money, with AdSense, writing description for YouTube videos and then sharing them to social networks to have traffic?
In Italy there is a website (ref link via PM) which basically works like this:
1) User picks up a video from YouTube (not necessarily owned by him/her).
2) User writes an original description of at least 200 words which makes sense and is grammatically correct. <= (this is crucial for AdSense)
3) The website generates a web page which has AdSense ads around the text user wrote, a play button which redirects to the YouTube video selected by the user, and some other stuff to fill the web page.
4) User shares this web page to Facebook, G+ and so on, in order to make traffic. And he/she makes money thanks to AdSense banners.
Is there something similar in USA? Is its business model (AdSense + YouTube) legit?

So you embed other youtube videos on your own site and write your own original description on your own website that has adsense banners?

Yes I think they take something for them but I actually don't know how much, although 50% is probably right.

Yes of course! I tested this site, I actually don't make big amount because I'm just starting and I'd like to know if it's legit or I'm risking my AdSense account.
