Making calls to the US using a US number...from another country.

Is there any good service that you can make calls through that will mask your phone number as a US number, even if you are calling internationally?


Let's say:

Japan --> US phone number displayed --> calling a US based number.

I see Vumber.com, but i am not sure if I can use an international calling source with it.

Vonage or Sipgate. Won't work for PVA's though.
