This is a complete guess, but this is what I would do.

I would build a site that pulls the data from their inventory onto my website I would then run the inventory on Craigslist/Backpage/Ebay callsified. I don't think they could tell where the traffic was coming from as long as there is your site as a buffer. You could also optimize the website for high level terms as well as optimize down to exact models and makes that are most popular. Then when they click on the car it goes to the site you get paid.

Just an idea. Didn't read the TOS, but that is how I would do it.

The trick is old and it has been shared here before. It implies that you advertise an ad on craig for a car for sell, and when they reply, say that you wanna verify them and hit them with the credit report from an aff.

Does anybody know which CPA networks we would be a part off to have access to those types of offers?

What I was doing was, I would get print outs of salvage yards and "you pull a apart" lots, then I would photocopy the list and have an employee hunt for pictures of the items from other sellers that sold within the past 90 days, and I would verify each listing. If my employee couldn't find a picture of the specific item, then we should just use an animated picture of the car or something or use "[Seller name] - 100% Feedback. I started listing and would come out with with 2,000 items easily. I did this with about 6 places, 2 of them had "up to date" systems that would just e-mail me their list. I would hold my orders for about a week (back then, people didn't buy shit and expect it to land on their front porch the next morning like some mystical angel took a shit on their doormat and it transformed into their eBay item) and would go to the salvage yard, give them a list, they hunt down the parts and I would haggle. If it cost me about 2k, I would get it down to 1400, so I always made extra money. Then I got the parts, took them to be cleaned quickly by another employee who also packaged the items and put marked what they were. My first employee would contact a shipping company for special shipping through DHL or something if it was a large item. There's also a Lot of money in catalytic converters, I would spend about 4k a month on these from various yards and flip them into 6-8k like it wasn't anything. Once you get the cash, you can buy in much larger amounts and save a lot of money. I've bought entire cars for $400, parted them out for $1000, then sold the leftover as scrap for usually $400. Only downside is, you need larger than a 2 car garage, lol.
