As i ain't a PC guru even tho i have been online for so many years (yeah it's a shame hehehehehe) i was wondering, besides using Ccleaner and private proxies with a browser, is there a way to change the PC identity entirely ?

Let's say i'm using a software but there is no way to make it work with proxies, so it shows your real ip and infos right ? The thing is, it shouldn't hehehehehehe
So how can i assign my PC (or the software in question) to make it look like i'm sending from the proxy i want to use ?

    Thanks

lol you have a weird analogy and very misleading thread. But o well everybody is a noob at some point.
What your looking is for a vpn(virtual private network) it basically masks all of your outgoing connections with a different ip than yours. You can use the most popular most people use, hidemyass, but i wouldn't recommend that one if your doing a lot of spamming, or very sketchy stuff.

"Or" wouldn't work here, since your external IP would be the same as your main machine.
VPN + VMware would be a good solution though.

You can use all software with proxies even if they don't support this setting.

For a windows based solution: http://www.freecap.ru/eng/?p=whatis
This will redirect all your traffic to a specified proxy server, or the TOR network.
Basically install tor, have a local proxy for it ( i think the windows installer does that automagically )
then use the above app to "force" all applications use the given proxy/tor.
That's just the first result g gave me, there must be a million others that do the same.

For linux (and all other operating systems except windows) just start the given program with "torify"
Eg. torify ./whatever , this will capture all network communication and send it through the tor network.
It should be available on a windows based installation as well, i don't have access to one right now.

So just because an app is missing this feature it doesn't mean you can't use it via proxy...
