So, recently I walked by a currency exchange around my house and saw a sign for
Code:
swapagift.com
I checked out their site and they buy gift cards, depending on the store, and give you up to like 65% of the value. Big whoop right? Anyway I had a gift card I was curious, and gave it a try. They lady told me that they will give me 50% (the site says 65% but whatever) and I would be given cash. She just needed to verify the cards, and get my phone number. So I hand her a gift card, she calls the number on back, requests a human operator, asks when the card was activated and how much remains on the card. Then, she writes the card information down on a form she submits to the said website, along with my phone number, I dont know why but it was on their, she asked my name and of course I made one up. she copied the gift card and put the copy, form, and card in a folder with other peoples cards.

Now heres where you make the money. Maybe you see it already.
Now I got ($50) cash back for my $100 pre paid visa card, but luckily I wrote all the information down. I went to a library, registered my gift card to random name, and bought some site memberships to test. It worked, I spent all $100 without any problems. The card that the currency exchange submits to the said website will be worth nothing and they gave me $50 cash on top of all that. I never signed any forms. Use with caution and quickly as Im sure some of these loopholes will soon be closed.

This is fraud, no doubts.

I don't think I could do this, even if I were in US

Loop hole? This is like giving a detailed method on how to rob a bank. This isn't a loop hole, it's illegal.
