So I started a new blog in a new niche and I'm creating manual Web 2.0

This niche has tons of old sites which Google doesn't have indexed anymore. These articles are highly readable and the few grammar mistakes they have I can fix myself.

The question is, does Google remember articles that he doesn't index anymore? Is it safe to use it? I have run it through several plagiarism checker and the uniqueness of these articles are about 98%...

If they are completely unique and don't exist on any indexed website, you can use them. Bear in mind that the same sites could still be indexed in Bing, which means your site may not perform well in Bing.

There's a good chance these articles are already published on some other page that is still online. Use Copyscape or something like that to check the content for uniqueness. You can also just search google for exact parts of the article. E.g. "A sentence from the article".

Haha just checked Bing, there are 2 pages indexed of this specific one, but of course you can't load it. Well I'm not going for Bing anyway ;)

How do you sure that Google never indexed them ?

I almost sure you checked with "smallseotools plagiarism checker", They always show 98%. I dont trust them.

Do some rewrite. Dont post them directly.

Bearing in mind your posting in blackhat, I'll give a blackhat answer.

Duplicate content won't stop you getting indexed it may penalise you later when one of the G animals comes along.

If you are going for white hat then rewrite the articles.

Well if your certain that's the case then there's no worries on that front.

That won't protect you from DMCA reports though, because someone wrote it, and if they can prove it google will remove it from the serps completely.

So in reality it is duplicate even if it's not online just now.

If your on the churn then don't worry.

If you are trying to be white hat then rewrite it.
