Hi , I have a site with over 400 links in page 1 google , penalized penguin because i buy link from site page rank 2 and 3 ...

so i want create new website with new article ... my question after buying new domain "Do I have to buy new template ?????? + New Ip server ?????? "

If your website got penalized, you should by a new domain, different hosting maybe without your personal data. Try to use search next time my friend.

Buy a new domain, it will be much easier.

Its pity that you got penalized, be careful when buying back links. Analyse the site well and go ahead when you need back links. Start with a new website in different theme and IP. Watch out every step, don't get penalized again. TY
