did you just copy that video from the other source? try adding some stuff into it.. like an intro before the actual video or a watermark

it's because copyright strike. like above said, you should add length or edit the video to make it completely different from the original.

Not a good idea mate, if you do that you should check your emails. You will get a message that states if you continually submit ineligable videos you will lose the right to monetize videos. This problem isn't going away either, a letter has been sent to all Networking platforms informing them of the changes.
