Make money with iPhone site

Hy i want to start an iPhone site where i would upload software that comes out for iPhone... I wanted to ask you what would be the best tactic to make money from it... it would be something like appulous but not that huge.... I'm new int his money making bussiness so could you give me concrete answers.... Is there any way to get money out of that site without spending a dimme... I don't want to buy anything I wanna start completely free and afterwards buy some stuff to get more money out of that site... HELP
