what are some good strategies.. anyone know anyone instant paying paypal sites?
make money with ebay and paypal?

Gotta be honest man, This is flame-bait-go-use-the-search-function post material. But we all started somewhere soo....
Ebay Methods: They are everywhere are this site. There is an entire subsection in the navigation bar on the left of your screen dedicated to eBay marketing techniques. Search around, you'll find it.
Paypal: Generally, you'll be hard-pressed to find a site that is going to do instant payouts to your paypal account. Maybe surveys? It's not a decent form of cash flow as it is. If you're looking for some paypal money (Note: It will NOT be quick and easy, nothing worthwhile in life is) then I suggest learning the basics in CPA, picking a method in the Making Money section of the site, changing it up slightly to make it your own and putting forth 110% effort in succeeding with it. You will likely fail your first time, second time, and maybe even third time trying. It's what you learn from these failures that will determine what you gain if you stick with it.
One thing I can gurantee in this field of money making; You get out EXACTLY what you put into it. If you put half your effort into it, you'll get a half effort's worth of money out. Which is absolutely nothing.

You could not have put it a better way.. I promise you that I could not count how many times I have failed. But I have always learned from my mistakes and gained some more knowledge along the way. Knowledge is power and you cant increase your income without increasing your information!
I honestly do not have any ebay techniques or I would give you some advice but I can tell you that you can start buying up some iphones of craigslist for cheap and jailbreak it unlock it and resell it on ebay and make about 100 per phone..
They go on cl for pretty cheap sometimes..
