    Hey,

This is my first real guide so be gentle. Firstly, this twist is mainly for guys who can write good content, however you could outsource the work if you really want to try this method.

Basically, it revolves around the much used idea of selling businesses in your area websites, however instead of searching for businesses without websites you'll be looking directly at ones who do have a site.

You can use your local google search to find hundreds of websites really quickly. You then just make a note of the website and split them up into niches in a word file.

After a while you'll have tons of websites in different niches who you can now go on to contact.

Before you contact the website owners you'll need to analyze their site very briefly and what I do is re-write a chunk of their homepage content.

You will now send the owner an email showing to him the improvements which can be made to the content on their site along with your re-write you've just done as an example of what good quality writing should be like. You need to emphasize the important of good quality content into luring users on their site into conversions.

You'll do this for as many sites as you can. After a while you should begin to see some replies coming back to you, where you'll be able to close the sale for a complete re-write of their website.

In addition to this what I offer is the following:

Many do not have blogs - I go on to explain the benefits of having a regular blog in terms of SEO efforts and so forth and if they are responsive you can tie them up to a X amount of blog entries per month etc.

You can also entice them into purchasing other SEO services from you - although I have not tried this.

So there you have it, a complete guide into finding clients for content writing. The good thing about this is that you won't have to worry about building a website or any other tasks, you'll simply do their content at a fixed price with quick payments. On top of this the blog twist is one which works really well and thus brings in a good amount of work every month which keeps things steady.

If you think you can do this, or have the ability to outsource this work, you can make a handsome sum every month!

    Enjoy.

Nice twist in baiting resellers for your own service. I see more and more "guides" like this every day...

What exactly is to prevent the business owner from just taking your article and replacing the article they already have??

You'd only be sending them a snippet of your work leaving them wanting more.

    Cheers.
