1. Make a blog about buying NEW cars and put a few articles on there. 2 or 3 should be fine. This is just so that you will get accepted as an affiliate. You will never use this again
2. If you haven't signed up to Commission Junction do that.
3. Apply for the Ed**mu**nds affiliate.
4. Make an ad on craigslist titled something like "Toyota, Honda, Infiniti, Lexus - below invoice"
5. For the add content say something like " We are Pennsylvania's(or whatever location your using) largest new car warehouse. We have over 3000 Hondas, Toyotas, Lexus, etc. in stock. Tell us what car you want and we will sell it to you for up to $1000 dollars below any dealer in your area."
6. When they email you reply saying something like "Thank you for your interest. We are happy to inform you that we have that car in stock. In order to give you the best car possible please go to edmunds(your aff link) and get quotes from as many local dealers as you like. Forward us the lowest price quote you get and we will beat it by $1000 or more."
7. Do this in several cities and then go back to the original city.
8. Collect your payment.

Add some more to your CL ad and to your email. In the CL ad bs about how you can do this because you buy in bulk and dont pay store maintance fees etc. An important thing to add to the email is a fine print saying that the price quotes dont reflect tax, title, and destination fees. This makes you look that much more legit.

You get 4.50/lead. Your convert rate should be high because it costs them nothing and the form takes 10 seconds. Throw some garbage traffic so that it doesn't look suspicious. Automate the process. Be creative and you will get some nice commissions.

Nice info, I might try this out seeing as I am heavy into the automotive industry

well, also to desperate people, who hope that this is going to be the "one" which gonna get them out of shity situation, and instead they ll spend time and money

just to clarify are you currently doing this or is the just a great idea you happened to think of and wanted to share?

Good info BTW

I thought of this two nights ago and applied to edmunds with only having a fatloss blog in cj so I got denied lol. I dont think I could reapply so I figured I would share it here instead of letting this method go to waste. Whoever uses this will get some good money.

dont even think u will really need to throw in crap traffic

Hmm..could be good.

Honestly, there is soooo many offers you can push on CL. The problem then becomes finding reliable proxies blah blah blah. Unless you know a good person who posts for cheap?? ;)

you must use a double meta-refresh, am i right?

I was going to mention about cloaking your links, but someone else already talked about it.

Neverblue also has the car quotes today offer which pays $6.75 per lead. Especially useful if you don't get into Edmunds.

Cloak your links just to be safe but I don't know if it would make too much difference. I didn't really look into their TOS so I don't know.

you could do this along with them needing a credit check so kill two birds with one stone :P

another nice method to noobs..thanks for sharing this money making ways..

I dont think you have to stick to CJ, there are a lot of auto quote offers floating around. Pretty good idea though!

I was just thinking about this but thats a little too black hat from me because then I feel like Im stealing from innocent consumers.

I would also like to know how to get garbage traffic for this.
Also i just applied for the company on CJ, it says that the company manually approves your application, how long does that take and how will i know i am approved?

Thanks.

I would also like to know how to get garbage traffic for this.

I've asked this question in 2 other threads and I never receive any response.
I guess getting this "throwing garbage traffic" is a closely guarded top top state secret! Must need to have a special national security clearance to get the answer to this question. :)
