I know for fact that this technique is old, but recent days i found that misspellings in porn industry is very common, maybe it's because all the surfers are typing in google with one hand while touching themselfs with the other hand while surfing after porn or maybe it's because they are stupid.;)

But however the numbers are very very huge i talk about millions hits per month, and i will not say that the competition is easy for these misspelling keywords but neither are they very hard, in other words a couple of 301 redirects and some hard blasting links should do the job.

    So now to the numbers...

Example there is 2 million hits on average for one keyword.
That is about 60k hits a day, and if you get 40% of the traffic you will basically get 24k uv a day.

Now you will make money with traffic echange banners, i know for a fact that you get get around 30 cents for every visitor you send from your site. If 24k uv CTR is 40% (The visitors are horny and it's free=the CTR can maybe be higher) that is 9600 hits you are sending and for every hit you send you earn 30 cents that is 2880 dollars a day.
They website design should just be a page full of thumbnails with links.
From my experience dealing with huge spam the website will maybe survive 10-14 days. Remeber there are ofc other guys that are doing similar things so maybe some of them will rat you out and report you to google.

But even if the website is in action for 10 days the profits is huge. The great thing about this is that there are other keywords that are even bigger than 2 million some are around 16 million, so it is definition scalable...

What do you think about this?
Am i flying to high, or is this realistic today?

you need to think in a smart way to register such domains

if you take pornhub.com, remove the "h" pornub.com and you still end up on pornhub.

but if you type porhub.com its a parked domain, the reason is because more ppl will forget the "h" instead of forgeting the "n"

i am not talking for direct visitors and emd domains i am talking about ranking on google with any domain name of you choice.

Google measures searches through the search engines and also direct, but in that case you should put in the whole url adress, i may be wrong.

IMO, it would be better to monetize the traffic through adult offers. You will get more monies compared to using ad banners.

Interesting approach, but for the most part, you'll still be competing the authority domains for the correct spelling words. I'm going to have to give this a try before I can comment further. Thanks for the share though.

True, but the CTR with well placed relevant ad banners would likely be high enough it would actually make you more money over adult offers IMO.

so, if I get it right....you're trying to rank a site that's blasted with links that have the anchor text exact match with the misspelling? how about the domain name? important or not? I will be tempted to give it a go with a couple fiverr links just to check things out on med comp keywords and if it works, I'll give you a beer - heck, as many as you want man :))

I would like to know at least one network that pays you 30 cents per visitor. Maybe you meant per 1000 visitors.

Lol the title of this thread is king.
I don't believe it would be easier to rank for missspellede words. Google nowadays are smart enough to know what the user are searching for - even when they can't spell!

I wish you goodluck ranking on adult domains with keywords over 2 million visitors per month.
Gonna be harder then you think my friend :). Offcourse it is possible but there are some
huge authority sites out there who will most likely outrank you.

I think the issue is that Google says "showing results instead for [insert correct spelling here]", so your page optimized for the incorrect spelling wont in fact get shown...

OP you must know the fact that for some time now google has changed the way it deals with mistypes. If you want to find "keyword" but you type "keword" the results displayed will be for the non typo term "keyword" and you'll have an option/link below that reads "the results are displayed for "keyword". Search for "keword" instead?"

So, typo squatting in the search engines is basically dead. You can, of course receive direct traffic from people who type the site name in the browser directly but, it's a big lottery if you find a good traffic domain or not.

Do some more research in the matter before you start investing in useless domain names.

I stopped building pages with misspelled kw's since google started to automatically correct wrong kw's / phrases. 99% drop in traffic.

OP this post is as useless as the traffic lights in GTA V after the Humming bird algo update. The misspelled kw will still display more results for the correct kw.
