    The ads have nothing to do with the contact form.

    Put this part in your html head section
    Code:
    <script language="javascript">
    <!--
    function allgood(form) {
    	var allvalid = true;
    	if (form.name.value == "") {
    		alert("Name Required!");
    		allvalid = false;
    		return allvalid;
    	}

    	if (form.state.value == "100") {
    		alert("State is Required!");
    		return false;
    	}

    	if (form.descriptions.value == "") {
    		alert("Description Required!");
    		allvalid = false;
    		return allvalid;
    	}
    	return allvalid;
    }
    // -->
    </script>
    and put this one where you want in your html body section
    Code:

    You will need to change a couple things to make it specific to your website, but this is the basic form on that page.

    If your wanting the ads and stuff to be the same, that is a seperate thing on the page from the form.

    @Spawn - you asked me in pm what changes you will need to make it work on your website.

    Basically you need to change the "animals-submit-do.asp" in the form action to your own .asp or .php file that you to send the form data to.
    Code:
    <form onSubmit="return allgood(this);" enctype="multipart/form-data" action="animals-submit-do.asp" method="post">
    And you need to change the "/submission-policy.asp" to your own tos page.
    Code:
    <td colspan="2" valign="TOP" class="font_reg"><i>User agrees to all the terms and regulations <a href="/submission-policy.asp" class="textlink">stated here</a> for picture submission</i></td>
    I'm kind of in the middle of a few projects of my own right now, so I'm not looking to do the job for you. I just gave you the form section to help give you a start on what you want to do. Whatever page your going to send the form data to will need to processing the data and write it to a file, a database, or whatever else you want to do with the information. If you're not able to create your own version of the "animals-submit-do.asp" file, then you will need to keep searching for a freelancer to do that for you.

    If you let them know what you want to do with the data, they should be able to create the additional files you need fairly easily.

    Sorry I don't have time to help more than that right now. Good Luck. :)

    LOL. I thought you wanted that one because you just really liked something specific about it. :)
