make links clickable when mods/admins give warnings/remove threads

i had my thread deleted as i didnt read bhw rules (i didnt know there was a rule for posting intro post )

but when a mod/admin deletes a thread, mnake it clickable in the notifications bell section

When we send notifications or reminders with links inside the text, those links aren't clickable due to how the forum handles formatting. Unfortunately, it's a technical limitation.

To access the link, visit: https://www.blackhatworld.com/account/alerts and just copy the full URL provided in the message and paste it into your browser's address bar, either in the same window or a new tab, whichever you prefer.
