Make App default Landing Page (FBML)

I just had a facebook fanpage made for my biz and the creator made an app which is used as a squeeze page kind of, its dynamic with flash effects. is there anyway to make this app the default landing page when soemone goes to my fanpage instead of the wall. i read around and some people say its no longer possible and others say it is. people said there is a settings button on the wall tab under the share button to change these options but I dont see it. Anyway, thanks for any help you can provide.

go to Pages > Edit info > Manage Permissions then look for "Default Landing Tab" then choose what you like when visitors come to your page.

Save Changes. Done!
