OK this is probably the easiest way to reach $50 - $100 a day that i know of and although it might not bring you long term income its a great way to get some start up capital. Basically the idea behind it is to present yourself as a "recruitment agency" that is currently hiring focus group participants and send the traffic to survey sites.

The first thing you would want to do is to head to your affiliate network and pick 2 survey offers one for Canada and one for the US since you will be promoting in both countries. When you are done head to co.cc or .tk and get a professional sounding domain name something in the lines of: (SurveySolutions.co.cc or ISFmarketing.tk) and redirect it to your offer.

Now go to backpage.com and post an ad in the "focus group/studies" section also make sure that you select "part time" in the "Work Status" field. This way your ad will appear in both the part time and focus group/studies category.

Best places to post in BP:

Getting your ads to stick might be tough since especially in backpage you will be competing against 6-7 marketers who are using a similar approach so if you can afford it would suggest to make your ad featured this way it cant be flagged or removed. If you cant afford it than you will have to repost your ads manually once or twice a day.

Now that pretty much covers backpage lets move to kijiji.ca.

    Why kijiji.ca?

Unlike the US version kijiji.ca has an option to feature your ad on top of the category for a week which would be perfect for what we are doing. The price varies between $9 and $20 depending on the city but you will get very decent traffic from there. When i used to do kijiji.ca i had about 2000-2500 views from a single ad and about 200 sign ups so it was well worth the $20 i spend. And probably the best part was that there is literally no competition!

The best cities to post in are:

The tricky part here is that for kijiji you would be needing a Canadian proxy. In case you cant find youself one go to:

You can get a free 3 day trial which is more than enough to post your ads and make bank for a week.

Well here you go folks an easy method that can bring you some decent $$$ if you decided to implement it.

PS: Since i know that some people here will complain that the method doesn't work because it will get saturated I'v attached a screenshot of my earnings. The $650 you see in the picture below took me about a week to make. Iv posted ads on backpage.com manually every day and had a featured ad in toronto.kijiji.ca.

Wow really interesting method thanks for sharing.

I do have a few questions though. What's the point of using our own domain? Can't we just redirect the person straight to the survey and let the "ad" on backpage be our landing page/driver for getting them to take the survey? I guess this might be against their TOS and I should look into it...

It seems like a lot of the competition already have pretty professional looking sites so it seems like it would be easier to complete with them in this way.

    Anyway, thanks again!

Great share. But this is one of the oldes methods that got killed by CL and now these sites are filled with this stuff as well. I tried to go and post one ad, there are 10 like mine lol that look better.

So this one is probably going to be harder to manipulate.

If you use the ugly affiliate links given by the cpa companies, it would not look professional, that's why you use a co.cc domain. You could also get a .info from godaddy.com and it would cost you about $1. Hope it helps!

This is from backpage terms on sponsored ads:

I never had an ad removed but who knows maybe they decided to change something.

Yea this method is old but as i said it still works. The earnings I made shown in the screenshot are done with the same competition that exists now. For the 10 ads that are better than yours you can only blame yourself mate just work on your ad copy. I said the method is easy I never said that its magical....

Your ad on backpage will be the landing page since the domain is just going to redirect to the survey site. I suggested to get a domain because of kijiji.ca since the links in the posts there are not clickable and it would be easier for a visitor to write down a domain instead of an affiliate link.

There are several ways to monetize the ads so don't just get stuck on the one laid out here... also ad a picture in your ad as that always makes an ad draw better.

    @OP Nice share.

Seen over 100 ads popup in toronto since this was posted this morning lol. For anyone just trying this, Kijiji.ca at least in the toronto area is pretty much unexploited (to such an obv point that everyone can see at least), abuse it like you did craigslist, but be warned, now that this is posted, give Kijiji.ca a month or so and we'll be experiencing the same issues as CL.

Long time kijiji.ca poster here (was crushed by their recent removal of personals :(). Nice method I must say. Props to you OP.

Your featured ads can be taken down if enough people complain, check out the forums, you will see people bitching about featured ads once and a while and KJ will respond eventually.

I would recommend these as the top cities to post in:
Also anything in or around the Toronto gta is good and Ontario in general.

Posting long term to KJ can be hell however. If you overdo it eventually your IP will face the dreaded red X. But it's more then worth it when you find a working ip solution. :D

BP is a cesspool of spam already, and I'm not worried at all about KJ cities and sections becoming saturated (at least in Canada). It is much harder to consistently get ads to stick on kijiji then most people realize. They are surprisingly good at preventing a lot of stuff, and Canadian IP solutions are limited. Most people give up when they can't figure out why all their ads don't go live anymore.

    Gotta Love BHW!

FOr those of you who THINK that posting anything on this forum has NO effect, or you think you are the only ones who will attempt to do something, OR you think BHW is your secret online lair, LOL!!!!!

Just for kicks, I went to Backpage and did a little research in the studies section.

This is a picture of that section in NY BEFORE this post:

You would see maybe two to four of these types of posts ON AVERAGE daily.

NOW, Here is that same section just a few hours AFTER this post:

    NOTICE ANYTHING??

I think this is a good share, but you guys are becoming SO predictable its not even FUNNY!!

I can always tell which niche is gonna be saturated as SOON as a method is posted here.

    Honestly, thats pretty sad!

Sometimes I think some of you who do post methods do this just to see what type of reaction you will cause!

But the proof is in the pudding. Though this is an OLD method, you can still cause quite a reaction posting on this forum!

Nice method OP, But you HAD to have seen this one coming!

Actually from what i see there are only 5 new people who currently have a live ad in new york.
The problem is that one of them clearly has no idea what he is doing :D

    YEP!!!

Thats what happens when you post a method and have a title like yours, you ATTRACT NOOBS!

    LOTS OF THEM!!!

And if you are still doing this method yourself, you are also attracting new competition into your niche/method.

Even if it was an old method, if your one of the few who are doing it, a post like yours would bring it BACK into the spotlight, and invite other people who may have not come across that yet.

Hopefully, for your sake, it won't get to a point where its affecting your conversions if you are still doing this.

But bro, come on. To had to have seen this coming!

If we keep bumping this thread, give it time!

Those 5 new poster who have a SLIGHT idea what they are doing, will double.

TRUST ME, I'VE SEEN THIS HAPPEN ALOT OF TIME BEFORE.

But Good share none the less!:)

Yeah I've learned since being on this site that you have to put in your own twist. The most obvious one being use better ad copy. The previous images speak for themselves.

And also tuck away some of these methods in a file. By next week many users here will be still searching for the elusive philosophers stone. Since the one agonizing day spent on a method yielded no result.

I'll keep it real here. My first few ads did not stick. They were taken down like quick. Went ahead and paid for a ad. So far they have stuck. One click so far. Wait and tweak.

Thanks to the OP for the share, we all need to be thinking more and acting less, this thread is perfect example of newbies stampeding out to copy the method with no forethought. I'm a newbie to, but I'm going to use my god given brain before wasting my time.

Thanks to the OP for sharing this. As some suggested this is nothing new and some newbies will try it for a few hours and once they get zero conversions, they will quit. This is what newbies do.

For those who fears that it will get saturated, well competition is good and it brings quality to the competitors and the ones who play the game right will gain more.
