There is a website called Internet Modeling that pays you to sign up webcam models you make 10% of the models income, you can also sig n up other agents to find models and get 10% of what they make as well. It is a simple formula but I wanted to share some methods for recruiting the the hopes some of you will P M me for a

You CAN make $100 per model if they are good and active but you will need to sign up more because some will not be accepted or will not do any work.

Method #1
Contact Adult businesses in your area (strip clubs, lap dancing, etc) and get them to sig n up as agents. They can sig n up all their girls and make money or even sign up girls that they have to turn down as webcam models don't have to have stripper looks. The brilliants of this method is that you don't have to spend your time signing up girls as the business will sign up their girls as and when they get them.
Another benefit is because the girls normally have to send in ID to the company if they already work at the business the business can do that for them and make the whole thing a lot quicker.
Method #2
Private mess age girls (and guys) on facebook and myspace, if you can automate this do. Tell them that you thing they could make lots webcam modeling, give them the link (or email address if you want to build a list) and get them to sign up as models. Make sure to guide them through the process talk to them on I M/M SN/A IM, etc.
Method #3
List in jobs sites. This is quite straight forward. You may be able to get around any advertising restriction on adult jobs by only talking about modeling (not webcam modeling) in your advert.

Newspaper adverts. You can phone your local paper just before their deadline and see what sort of deal they can offer you in the jobs advert page. Remember to ask for your advert to be on the right hand page because they get better views due to the way the eye is drawn.

Make your own site to sign up models. If you are good with website building this is worth it just to build a simple site and pull in traffic, monetize with adsense and if people want to sign up you can collect emails (free list for you even if they don't become models [FONT="Times New Roman",serif]
[/FONT]) and send them the si gn up link.
