We have had discussions lately on BHW about the faux news sites fooling the public and I have a couple of those I use in my FB marketing adventures but I also have one that is legit that is in a particular niche. I am the only one that writes for it and I add 2 - 3 articles a day that are in that niche. The content is not earth shattering and can be found in a hundred other places online but it is on a domain that is stupid strong with backlinks from some incredibly reliable and strong sites like the NY Times and such so the content I write ranks high and is indexed fast. Articles are between 400 and 1000 words usually and I can pound them out in under 30 minutes without breaking a sweat as it is just stuff that I read about in a variety of places and I am essentially rewriting although I put my slant into the story. That being said, it's a "no big deal" site in all reality but apparently the Washington Post, or one of it's subsidiaries, used it looking for information. So if you wonder why some news sites just put out regurgitated nonsense, it is because they are using sources like mine for their stories. At least they are smart enough to not upgrade to Win 10.
