It works best if you do not have the money hold on your account. The buyers buy using PP, then you buy from the drop shipper using those funds (he accepts PP) and he sends. You keep the markup, and he'll refund you the price difference of your cost and his site prices.

I made around a 10% return. A higher return is possible, I just wanted to prove the concept so I had listed for lower prices.

EB does have a "ban" on ecig products. If you word it right, they leave it alone. Search "protank" on there to get an idea.
