Public Domain Registry is guilty of crimes against U.S. Commerce and we have decided to initiate our first lawsuit against this company in regards to Mail Mascot. hopefully this suit will serve as a warning to the rest of the US Businesses that think they can use Spamhaus as authority to commit crimes against United States Businesses and protected Intellectual Property....

Why are we suing them? Simple...they admitted to it.

The grandest part is that Spamhaus' reports ARE FALSE (as they have been for a long time now) and the actual person that the domain is registered to is a paralegal that works with our attorney :) Yeah, I know...that's BH huh?

So, if you would like to help...foil Spamhaus, then help in discrediting them. Their credibility is the only thing they have. make them liars on the SERPs, chatrooms, forums, blogosphere, social networks, and the like. Make the world see their lies and their credibility crumbles...they may have the admins fooled, but if the users rebel, the admins will always side with the customer in the end (when the majority of the customers are against Spamhaus).

THE OFFENSE AND THE PROOF ALL IN ONE EMAIL - LITIGATE AGAINST THIS ASSHOLES!

Hello,

Spamhaus is a reputed organization and a domain listed on spamhaus.org is good enough evidence for us to suspend a domain.
I would advice you to kindly get your domain 'mailmascot.com' de-listed from spamhaus.org.Once the domain name is removed from the spamhaus, we shall take the issue forward.

Thank you for the cooperation.

Regards,
PDR Abuse Desk

Hello,

I am aware of the illegal and false claims made by Spamhaus regarding this
NEWLY REGISTERED domain and are handling it through legal channels. I am not the owner of Mail Mascot that is listed on ROKSO and it is not the same software either as it has been re-engineered by the new owners of the asset to be compliant with email standards today, I am not involved in any spam activities and never have been. I would ask that proof os apm activities by myself be delievered by anyone suggesting differently. Spamhaus' claim that I am someone I am not is invalid and I would be glad to send you an ID to prove it.

The software is not a spamware or illegal as has been tested for any malware by virus total. The claims against the software are 100% libelous. Here is the VT results for the software:

http://www.virustotal.com/file-scan...b301c8ce4ffb82ac6e994f72deef79cf25-1301952843

Here are Symantec Results:

I am not violating any AUP for the following reasons:

1. Mail Mascot software has NEVER been hosted on any server
2. No spam has ever been sent from any server I control
3. I have never supported or promoted any spam services
4. Mail Mascot is virus-free and is absolutely legal
5. Mail Mascot is owned by a corporation with full transparency
6. Mail Mascot can be trasferred to a new registrar if you still feel it is
not worthy of your registrar

I have had constant issues with Spamhaus since I invested into Mail Mascot
last month and we have retained OUR ATTORNEY as legal counsel to handle this further. OUR ATTORNEY is currently analyzing the software companents and we intend to file lawsuits on those that are making false claims to prevent it's development.

If you would not like to be the registrar for MailMascot.com, we have no
desire to go against your wishes, but we must ask that you allow us to
transfer it to a registrar that does want to service it. We have no desire
to damage our providers, but we have legal grounds against Spamhaus at this time and OUR ATTORNEY'S NAME has accepted the case. The software is owned by a corporation working with complete transparency. I am well aware of the claims being made and that they are entirely false.

Please advise on what you would like us to do, as we must secure the domain name, as it HAS NOT violated you AUP. It has NEVER sent a single email, never sold anything illegal, and never been involved with spam. Spamhaus makes many claims, but that does not make their claims fact...

A smear campaign against spamhaus will not help you.

you must stick to the proof that you are not a spammer..

that is all you need to make sure comes across in the litigation.

Good Luck.

Good Luck.

Smear Campaign is not for ME...it's necessary to change the position of authority...without it, the users will never know, the admins will never care, and Spamhaus will never cease to grow in power.

So, IMO...a smear campaign is not an option...it's THE OPTION!

And last time I checked, the burden of proof lies with the accuser...I thought that was a global concept?

That's true, I agree that Spamhaus should be exposed for the sack of shit that it is. For far too long businesses can sabotage one another by creating false entries on spamhaus and reporting to registrars.

OP, do your best to get them to unlock the domain so that you can transfer to another registrar.

I absolutely agree with BlackBeauty

As IM'er from all over the world we all come from different walks of life. The internet is what connects us together as a network... All of us IM'ers have power in numbers.. Spamhaus can NOT and will NOT push us around if we network together.

Spamhaus effects everyone... IM'ers.. Including BHW members

BlackBeauty is in the position to clear the misconception Spamhaus has attempted to gear towards him.. Imagine if it was you.. You would want support.. Wouldn't you?

As a BHW member and a American.. I'm interested in preserving my rights as an Internet Marketer

Side note..

People may be aware of the misunderstanding me and the OP had in the past, however as an adult I accept full responsibility for not properly handling the situation.. Anybody that feels compelled to let me know I was wrong.. Please do not discuss it hear in this thread! I'd rather you de rep me in private than dilute the serious message being presented here.

Thanks
